Tom Clarke has been breeding Wild Boar in the woods around Thornbridge Hall, near his home in the beautiful Peak District since 2007. Wild Boar is lean and full of flavour with an intense taste which sets it apart from Pork.
Each Boar is reared for up to 18 months before it is ready for the table, giving it time for the flavours to mature providing you a truly irresistible eating experience.
